Privacy notice

Interim version · 4 November 2026

This is an interim notice for subscribers to The Leaguemark Brief. A full notice, reviewed by a lawyer, will replace it in November 2026. It will also cover customers and the people named in our records. We will announce it in the brief.

Who we are

Leaguemark is run by George Adjani, a self-employed individual based in Portugal. He decides how your data is used (the data controller). Contact: [email protected], subject "Privacy".

If you subscribe

What we collect: your email address; your first name and organisation if you give them; the role you choose; and when you subscribed and confirmed (we use double opt-in).

Why: to send the weekly brief, Day 0 alerts and the download for your role. We also count roles together to understand who reads us. We never use them to profile you as an individual.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

How long: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never email you again by mistake.

What we don't do: we don't sell personal data, buy email lists, or add anyone to our list who hasn't signed up and confirmed.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f)).

We'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
